How it works

From incident to resolution

A structured process so every ticket is handled with the right priority, by the right person, as quickly as possible.

How it works 01 / 04
1
Triage and prioritization
Every request is categorized by business impact. Critical incidents trigger an immediate escalation procedure to a named support engineer.

2

Assignment to the right expert

The ticket goes to the engineer who knows your product. They already have the history of your interactions (on-premises platforms) and the context on your environment (SaaS or Managed Services), so you never have to repeat yourself.

3

Resolution and documentation

The fix is documented and shared with you. If the incident uncovers a product defect, an engineering ticket is opened with a committed resolution timeline.

4

Follow-up and continuous improvement

Every incident feeds back into our knowledge base, making your environment more resilient over time.

Let’s talk about your needs

Every environment is different. Our teams will work with you to build a support plan matched to the criticality of your platforms and the way your organization operates.
